A Tomahawk Steak is a premium cut of beef known for its impressive size and presentation. It's essentially a ribeye steak with the long rib bone still attaced, resembling a tomahawk axe. Our tomahawks - like all our beef, are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days for tenderness and flavour and grass-fed.
